Russell from Prosser towing came out. And unlocked my madza making sure not to damage the trim or the windows. Exceptionally polite and honest. I thought the driver was a very nice guy. He explained everything he was going to do very well. He made the experience much better. I was able to drive my car off after I was pulled out. And because the ice was so thick he even followed me to a safer road. To make sure I got there ok. If I get stuck in the ditch again I would call Prosser Towing LLC for sure.
